The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is keen to build a solid genuine partnership with strategic partners and shareholders and engage them in the work with a view to fulfilling the UAE's ambition and achieving the objectives of the federal entities.
The general framework of partners is an effective co-ordination tool between the ministry and partners at the national level on the government and private sectors as well as the regional and international levels. This is because taking the opinion and aspirations of strategic partners and shareholders is essential not only for identifying joint projects and initiatives of added value to all the people concerned and making them happy but for also creating awareness, proper perception and common understanding of what is required to fulfill the ministry's vision, mission and strategic objectives.
